About the role

We at Perido are currently looking for a lawyer for our client, a government agency in Gothenburg.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with secrecy assessments of documents related to requests for disclosure of public documents.
• Handle appeals regarding disclosures.
• Process cases regarding disclosures within private operations.
• Process cases regarding the handling of medical record archives.
• Support managers and employees in legal matters.
• Conduct minor legal investigations within the area.
• Other tasks may occur.

Qualifications (the following requirements must be met and clearly stated in your CV):

• Law degree (Jurist kandidat) or equivalent education.
• At least one (1) year of professional experience as a lawyer.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to quickly analyze and conduct legally secure secrecy assessments.
• Good knowledge of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Freedom of the Press Act (TF), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to disclosure under the Administrative Procedure Act.

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 5 months, with the possibility of extending the assignment by another 5 months. Start in June.
